Technology.
Sigh.
No posts from Panda for the time being cos her laptop died on her.
Real heart pain.
Apologies.
Another pair of earrings on WeDoodle. I called them Rose because their colour states so. Some pointers that mark their value:
1) They are hand made in London, Great Britian (look how good it sounds)
2) Materials are sourced from Shen Zhen, The Republic of China and air flown to Singapore, before air flown to United Kingdom
3) They are one of a kind in terms of design
Haha ok the above are not anything untruthful but the language is a little flowery. Pardon Panda but it’s her first piece that says “made in England”. Got a little carried away.

This is by Panda. I don’t know what you think. But I think it’s Awesome, I just had to share it.

He’s one of my favourite artist-cum-author. Even so, I’ve only read one of his books, <<Turn left, Turn right>>, because I’m interested more in his art than his stories. Only that one book, I was interested to even start reading because one sentence per page described the entire story. I appreciate the way the chinese language was used short and sweet. Something the english translation was unable to achieve. (Anyway I didn’t feel like reading his later books cos he got famous from the movie, and it seems fame and quality have a indirect relationship *usually). But more importantly, I love the way the pictures are drawn, cos if you scrutinize down to the finest details, the sketches aren’t smooth, yet the overall pic is awesome. At least to me. Messy nice. The way Panda does it.

I’m just writing about my favourites because I’m unhappy. I finde, Deutsch macht Spaß. Aber ich habe keine Zeit.
And please don’t steal the pictures. I only want to share. I’m off.

This siteis a must see for people who likes photography – to take and/or appreciate nice photos. Makes me really want to own an SLR badly, and i’m sure Pig shares the same sentiment. Besides doing art ourselves, WeDoodle would very much like to spread good nice art as well. Photo genius V and friends did this site. Go check it out for yourselves!
Here’s another one courtesy of V.
And if youhave any nice photos, doodles, handmades, anything that you would like to share, please gmail us. We will be more than happy to have a little art community!

What’s featured this time round is a bracelet and not earrings. As usual I don’t have a name for it but it’s here for your viewing pleasure! The beads are of 2 different sizes if you notice, and because it has a “tail”, it can fit almost all wrist sizes. Not that it is a novelty but careful thoughts were taken and considered

ps: I particularly like how one end tails off. And the blue in the blue beads.
ps again: I like the rosewood contrast to the blue too.

“all the people here are nice”
Say it again.
Everything’s fine so far but I can deal with more warmth.
I’m not talking bout the weather. (more…)
A picture done during the holidays, I was hoping to do nice photoshop-ing, but well, the lack of time, above all else. This is the best I can do. Also under the same theme.

As much as Pig and I like photography, or simply like looking at taking nice pictures, we are not privileged to own an SLR or Digital SLR. And it was only very recently that we each have a family camera of a decent mega-pixel.
London has some very beautiful places and it doesn’t take much phototaking skill nor an expensive camera to capture a nice picture. The place itself makes up for everything. Of course with good camera and skill comes with even better pictures.
While that cannot be achieved, below are some pictures of London and they are considered not too bad for Panda’s standard. And she would like to share.
So here you go:

Panda left for London last night, so while she and I are busy with school, here’s a special.
If you read our About Us Page, you’ll read that we not only like to doodle, but welcome doodles too. Here’s sharing some ![]()
From pig’s friend, Frooze, drawn during lecture:

& doodles from a lil’ 12 year old, who almost fell asleep during tuition but came alive in the very next minute when he started doodling.

nice title. simple. sums everything up perfectly.
Exchange is no big deal. Every year, many many students go for it and they all return after some time. I don’t want to harp on it all the time because there are readers who are not deeply involved in my little humble life, may find it “fan” if i go non stop about it.
But this goes out to those of you out there (yes, you know who), who have helped me in the preparation of this exchange (be it running an errand with me, having a farewell dinner together, dropping smses to ask hows everything going, graciously lending me winter stuff, wanting to send me off, offering help without second thought, getting useful contacts for me, telling me where the good rates are…) I wanna say a big THANK YOU to you. You guys are all wonderful people and I cannot thank each one of you personally so this message goes out to you all whole heartedly!
I truly don’t deserve this from family and friends. To me this exchange is never the ordinary because I am doing something that none of my family members have the privilege to do so. I feel immersely blessed and loved that I am given the chance to do this, even if it means there can be only once and for one in the family.
So I am gonna be good, I’m gonna enjoy every single day that I’m there and count my blessings with each day passing by. If I’m not lazy I will pen a journal.
I’m gonna miss my family and friends, pigs and wu guis alot alot.
I really want to doodle something to thank everyone but I got no time for it now. Packing and all. Sorry but yes, gonna say this again haha.. Thank you to ALL once again!
Continue to have a great time in Sg.

I was flipping through this travel pictorial book called “StyleCity London”, 2003 edition in the school library one day. And I really like the pictures inside, especially the off-center ones; I never knew off-center pictures look so nice. So I decided to share:
And their shoe pics look really pretty…in red

A thought occurred to me somewhere in August. So this is a backtracking entry, chosen to be posted on a special day.
A friend of mine once asked me to join in a shared blog where I’d post doodles of mine, while others blogged about other things, others including friend. At that time, I answered the first thought that came to mind. I turned friend down. Flat. (more…)
